Drunken Pad Thai with Chicken (Pad Kee Mao)
WOW! a pad thai which is healthy!!!! This was my mission to ensure macros were taken into account and now this dish is one of my favourites ☺ with loads of protein and fresh flavours, oh and don’t worry you wont get drunk the alcohol content disappears in the cooking process.. sorry :P
