How it works

• Free over the phone consolation where our head gut health nutritionist will consult your needs, dietary requirements and goals. We will then book in the date of your cook.
• You will receive your shopping list prior to our visit OR you can select the option for us to complete your shopping for you.
• Our head chef will then visit your home, cook and prepare your food, measure your macros and place in containers. Place food in your fridge and clean your kitchen.
• Relax and enjoy and now utilise all your extra time for the things you love
