My approach to health and fitness is a little different to many personal trainers and nutritionists you may have worked with or heard of before.
Through the tools and techniques i have carried through with me over years of studies with Ayurveda i have created fitness programs and nutritional plans that will suit each individual.
I always begin my programs by meeting each individual and taking each client through an initial consultation. During this initial consultation we develop a relationship in which i will discover what steps we need to take to ensure you reach your goals 100%.
This could be fitness orientated or nutrition orientated or both, i will always base my programs around each clients lifestyle, work hours, family and most importantly budget.

Raphael is originally from Brazil where he lived with his beautiful family in São Paulo 🇧🇷 While in Brazil Raphael completed 5 years in university and acquired a bachelor in hotel management where he went onto work in 5 stars hotels in Brazil. Accor hotel company, Sofitel, Mercure and others. 🏨 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7 years ago Raphael decided to move to Australia for a BIG challenge. Raphael’s passion for food has always been in his blood; from his Grandmother and Dad who are absolutely divine cooks. It was when Raphael moved to Australia that he decided to start his study to become a chef. This is where he then obtained his certificate ||| & \/| in comercial cookery’s, a diploma in hospitality and a diploma in business and management. 😮 👏🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Raphael began working in Brisbane at the Sofitel 5 star hotel and in big venues such as Jelly Fish Brisbane (one of the best sea food restaurant in Brisbane) and Navala Brazilian bbq house. After 3 years in Brisbane Raphael then moved to Noosa and began working at Miss Money Penny’s Hastings street , Sum Yung Guys Sunshine Beach and Locale restaurant in Hasting street. Absolutely AMAZING restaurants as many people would agree 😋 ✅ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Raphael and myself then built Nirvana Life macro meals together in which he has been our head chef from the beginning!! 💓 If you do not see Raphael in the kitchen you will find him in the surf; absolute balance 🏄‍♂ 👨🍳 😆 I could not be more proud of Raphael’s achievements!
